Life Insurance

Free term life insurance one times annual earnings. You also may purchase additional term life insurance options up to six times your base annual earnings and/or additional coverage for eligible spouse and children.

Medical benefits for you and/or your family (including prescription coverage)

Prescription Coverage
Offered through Prescription Solutions with no additional cost per pay period

FlexDollars
Additional dollars provided to full-time, benefits-eligible and CLO employees who work 36 hours or more per week to pay for FlexChoice benefits (effective the first of the month following one month of continuous employment)

Educational Assistance
Tuition assistance for approved educational degree objectives (technical, associate, bachelor’s and master’s degrees) with employment commitment (available upon employment)

Paid Time Off
Accrual each pay period of banked paid time off to use for holidays, vacation, illness, and personal or family needs (Accrual begins with your first pay period based on hours worked. PTO is prorated for employees working less than full time.)

Retirement Plan
A defined benefit retirement plan provided at no cost to employee. Vesting at 5 years, retirement at age 65, early retirement at age 55 after 10 years or more of service (available to all employees after one year of plan eligibility)

403(b) Savings Plan
Voluntary savings plan offers pre-tax savings options for retirement (available to all employees upon employment)

Reimburses up to $5,000 per child (up to two children) for approved independent adoption expenses (available to employees scheduled to work at least 16 hours per week, after six months of continuous employment)

Confidential counseling and referrals to help you and your family manage life’s challenges
